Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a skilled Email Support Executive (Technical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of technology. As an Email Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer queries via email and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
Resolving technical issues related to our products or services
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel
Assisting customers with account setup and login issues
Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers
Coordinating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing reports as needed
Keeping up-to-date with new products and features to provide accurate support to customers

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Prior experience in a customer service or technical support role
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in using email and web-based support systems
Knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
