1. Customer Service:
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to stock in store
Providing support and information to customers regarding product availability, delivery times, and order status.
2. Stock and Inventory Management:
Implementing and maintaining stock control systems to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Coordinating with suppliers for stock replenishment and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Comparing pricing between suppliers.
3. Pricing and Product Information:
Updating and maintaining accurate pricing information in the ePOS system.
Ensuring that product labels and pricing are correct and current, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
4. Sales Analytics and Reporting:
Generating sales reports and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Providing insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve business performance.
5. Promotions:
Coordinating and implementing promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
6. Administrative Support:
Handling administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and document management.
Ensuring that all administrative processes are efficient and well-organized.
Prepare documents and reports, and maintain employee records
Schedule staff, handle banking duties, and support HR tasks.
7. Coverage and Continuity:
Providing coverage for other team members during vacations, sick leave, or unexpected absences to ensure continuous business operations.
Maintaining smooth workflow and preventing task backlogs during periods of staff absence.
8. Online sales
Work with management to implement an online store, and maintain stock control.
