We're seeking a full-time Web Research Specialist to assist in identifying target companies and their decision-makers online, based on precise personas provided (prospecting). The ideal candidate will possess strong English, communication, and web research skills, capable of independently managing projects and delivering results.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand, research, and refine client personas for effective lead generation.
- Research client personas to identify optimal lead sources (websites).
- Utilize our current tools stack and recommend enhancements for maximum efficiency.
- Identify decision-makers of client personas and gather their contact details.
- Maintain meticulous organization of Google Spreadsheets.
- Responsible for lead generation for link building and cold email outreach.
Mandatory Requirements
The following requirements are essential for initial eligibility. Please do NOT apply if you do not meet these requirements:
- Full-time position (not freelance).
- Availability to work 40 hours per week. Bachelor's degree.
- Strong English and communication skills.
- Stable internet connection at home.
- Noise-free and work-friendly space at home.
Experience
No prior experience is required for this role; fresh candidates are welcome to apply. However, any past experience in similar roles (full-time or freelance) would be highly preferred.
