Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities related to construction materials, real estate development services, office supplies, and ongoing maintenance requirements.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and contractors for competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensure procurement processes align with real estate project timelines and budget constraints.
Monitor and control procurement budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery.
Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to forecast and plan procurement needs.
Report on procurement activities and provide regular updates to management on vendor performance and cost metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the real estate or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of real estate project requirements, including construction materials and maintenance services.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office, and contract management.
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities concurrently while adhering to project deadlines.
