Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Record-Keeping:

    • Maintain and update financial records related to real estate transactions, including property purchases, sales, and leases.
    • Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into accounting systems.
  2. Transaction Processing:

    • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
    • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
  3. Financial Reporting:

    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Compliance and Auditing:

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  5. Support to Senior Finance Staff:

    • Provide administrative support to senior finance staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with special financial projects and analyses as required.
  6. Customer and Vendor Relations:

    • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to financial transactions.
  7. Data Management:

    • Manage and organize financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the real estate sector.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
