Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Excel, a robust customer database, and proven success in generating sales in the fashion garments, leather goods, salt, and rice sectors. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in both local and international markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales for fashion garments, leather goods, salt, and rice products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Utilize Excel to manage and analyze sales data, forecast sales, and prepare reports.
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.(Commission will provide)
