We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Applicants to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple Facebook accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Social Media Executive, you will also be required to make outbound calls or transfer to Supervisors, update customer records, and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities

  • Make and maintain Facebook Profiles as required
  • Daily postings in Facebook groups
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up on customer issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Facebook & Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
