You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to succeed.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our products and services.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through our platform or services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
