We are seeking a friendly and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Housing Repair team At the “FIRST LAW UK”. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to clients by handling inquiries, processing repair requests, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues related to housing maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of clients regarding housing repair issues, inquiries, and requests.
  • Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries related to housing repairs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and timelines for housing repairs.

Repair Request Management:

  • Ensuring all details are captured accurately.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs and follow up with tenants and repair teams to ensure work is completed within the expected time frame.

Issue Resolution:

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns related to housing repairs, offering solutions and alternative options when necessary.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level management or relevant departments for further assistance.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair requests, and resolutions.
  • Prepare reports related to repair requests, service response times, and customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance related to housing repairs, including updating databases, and managing repair schedules.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other teams, such as maintenance staff, and managers, to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of repair issues.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance measures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a housing or property management environment, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail..

Work Environment:
