Job Requirements:

  • High school or Bachelor degree (preferably)
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Superb communication skills. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients, business associates, and guests with superb customer service.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, manuals, and etc.
  • Taking phone calls, sorting correspondence, answering to client inquiries.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Updating records and files, maintaining schedules.
