We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive our clients' visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and website analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and traffic for client websites.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential target keywords and phrases.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content, to align with SEO best practices.
  • Create and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO-friendly content and website enhancements.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to improve website user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Stay informed about emerging SEO tools and technologies and evaluate their effectiveness for the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3 to 4 years of professional experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns and results.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with technical SEO, including website audits and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications are a plus
