Identifying new business opportunities: This involves researching potential clients and industries, and creating a pipeline of prospects.

Developing proposals and presentations: The Business Development professional is responsible for creating compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the agency's capabilities and value proposition.

Building and maintaining client relationships: The Business Development professional must build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and goals, and work collaboratively with the agency's internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Managing the sales process: The Business Development professional is responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to appointment setting and closing where possible.

Developing marketing strategies: The Business Development professional works closely with the agency's marketing team to create new marketing strategies and campaigns that will help the agency attract new clients and grow its business.

Tracking metrics and reporting on results: The Business Development professional is responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics, such as sales pipeline, revenue growth, and client retention.Should be able to set appointment and meeting between management and potential clients .

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in a marketing agency.
Must be confident and presentable.

Female will be preferred

6 months - 2 years experience in marketing agencies.
