Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and designers, to ensure a seamless development process.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 1.5 to 3 years in Node.js development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+).
- Experience with Express.js or other Node.js frameworks.
- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React.js, Angular).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
