Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls on leads to find potential clients.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for further sales follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company positively.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calls and lead generation targets.
  • Record and update customer information accurately in CRM.
  • Handle objections and utilize sales techniques to convert calls into opportunities.
  • Stay informed about services and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and campaign effectiveness.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
