• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products/services to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Experience Required:

  • Proficient in English communications and knowledge of Digital Marketing skills will be a plus point.
  • Proven experience of 2 years in sales service role, preferably in Digital Marketing Campaigns.
  • Have impeccable experience in Sales call center.
  • Must not be enrolled in any educational curriculum or involved at any full/part time job.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
  • Must have experience in closing the sales by themselves

Skills Requirements:

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent selling, communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Should be target-oriented, hard-working and punctual.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.

Timings:

Night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
