Responsibilities:

Utilize Upwork and other freelance platforms to generate leads and expand client base
Directly communicate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention

Requirment:

Proven experience in business development, preferably with a focus on Upwork hashtand other freelance platforms
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
IT background or familiarity with IT industry and trends
Immediate availability to join the team
