Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Officer with a Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/Electronics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of our building's electrical systems, including UPS, CCTV, and AC, as well as have a working knowledge of generators and elevators.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on all building electrical systems, including UPS, CCTV, and AC
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical system problems and perform repairs as necessary
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Work closely with other building maintenance staff to ensure all systems are functioning properly
Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
Participate in regular safety training and maintain a safe work environment
Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as necessary
Maintain an inventory of all electrical equipment and supplies
Work with outside vendors and contractors as needed

Requirements:

Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electrical/Electronics
At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a focus on electrical systems
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including UPS, CCTV, and AC, as well as generators and elevators
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
