Product Manager

As a Product Manager at tajirpay, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting products that will transform how businesses interact with financial services. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to make your mark on an entire industry.

What You'll Do

Define and prioritise product features based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop product roadmaps, product requirements, and release plans.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer pain points and market opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Manage the product backlog and prioritise features based on business impact and customer feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to ensure our products remain innovative and relevant.

Your Attributes And Experience

2+ years of experience in product management in high growth, agile environment
a track record of shipping successful products
A master of prioritisation, able to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
An analytical thinker who can turn complex data into actionable insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience working with JIRA or other agile project management tools.

Bonus points

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (but we value real-world experience over formal education)
SQL and data experience.
Strong understanding of payments industry trends and technologies.
Previous experience in the fintech, finance, or banking industry.
