You will play a key role in driving TechNinja's sales efforts by reaching out to prospective customers and promoting our products and services. Success in this role means achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer effective solutions will ensure you thrive in this position.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Present and promote our products and services to clients
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed daily monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English speaking and understanding is essential
- Outbound sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Fresh candidates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: PKR 35,000 - 50,000 (based on skillset)
