TechNerds is seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. Business Development Officer to join our team and help us grow our business on Upwork. As a Sr. Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for bidding on Upwork and submitting proposals for web design & development, mobile app development, SEO, and content writing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and a passion for driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and respond to Upwork job postings related to web design & development, mobile app development, SEO, and content writing.
- Analyze project requirements and develop compelling proposals that highlight our capabilities and experience.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to develop estimates, timelines, and budgets for each project.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure their needs are being met.
- Use your expertise to guide clients in developing project scopes and identifying areas for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to the Upwork platform to ensure our proposals are effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development and sales in the IT industry
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with web design & development, mobile app development, and SEO
