  Responsibilities: 

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion

  • Social Media Management: Managing social media profiles.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 

  • Sales and Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.

  • Business Expansion: Identify new markets, business opportunities, and partnerships to expand the company's reach. 

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive business growth. 

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team. 

  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with a minimum 1 years of experience. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of Jira and Agile / Scrum methodologies. 
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated.
