We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to generate leads, and expertise in client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Handling:

  • Respond to client queries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve client complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow up on any open issues.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms and industry events.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, including cold calls and emails, to bring in new sign-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and monitor conversion rates.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.

Social Media Management:

  • Actively engage with potential clients on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • Share relevant content, company updates, and industry news to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media for feedback, client mentions, and emerging trends.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in customer service and client acquisition in the industry.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify and analyze competitor strategies.
  • Report findings and propose actionable strategies for improvement.

New Initiatives & Continuous Improvement:

  • Propose innovative methods to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve services and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
