We are looking for a motivated Remote Bookkeeper Intern to join our dynamic team!

Qualifications:

BBA, M.COM, MBA, CMA, ICMA, ACCA programs

Experience:

At least 3-6 months experience with QuickBooks or Xero accounting software
Excel Proficiency: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for learning
Must have a personal laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection

Job Description:

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process and monitor transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
General Ledger: Manage and reconcile accounts, categorize expenses, and track transactions.
Invoice Management: Prepare, issue, and track invoices with necessary follow-up.
Tax Compliance: Organize documentation for tax filing and gain exposure to compliance processes.
Record-Keeping: Maintain transaction records and assist in data entry for reporting.
Financial Reporting: Support preparation of profit/loss statements and balance sheets.
