Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products and final expense services.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about the products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and objections.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in insurance and final expenses.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Pay Structure:
- The starting salary is target-based, beginning at PKR 75,000/-.
- The final salary will depend on the interview and the candidate's negotiation skills.
