Assistant Officer HR

SZABIST Islamabad is looking for a dynamic & proactive individual for the position of Assistant Officer HR. The ideal candidate shall be responsible, reliable and willing to contribute to make SZABIST a better place to work.

Major duties and responsibilities:

Maintains and regularly update a master file in Excel of Health Insurance data. (List of insured employees and their families, CNIC, categories, limits etc.)
Inquiring employees, who complete their probation period, take their consent and get them registered with Insurance Company according to the SZABIST and Insurance company policy.
Issue the Health Insurance cards to new insured employees and keep the receipt of it.
Ensuring the health claim forms submitted by employees are complete in all aspects and keep a set of photocopy for record.
Processing of Health Claim forms regularly.
Guide and help support staff in filling their Health Claim forms
Maintain soft and hard copy record of the cases sent to the Insurance Company.
Pursue the cases including rejections/objections submitted to Insurance Company.
Receive the cheques from Insurance Company and distribute accordingly. Keep receipt of every payment and update data.
Ensure that resigned/left/terminated employees are reported to the Insurance Company timely and their Health cards are blocked.
Provide Health Insurance data through HR officer timely, when required to Manager HR.
Managing employee personal files according to criteria and policy.
Support in overall HR activities.·
