We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Lahore and provide exceptional on-site technical support for our Technogym products.
Responsibilities:
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and support for Technogym products, including installation, maintenance, and repair of gym equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues with gym equipment.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of Technogym equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a field service technician or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of gym equipment, preferably Technogym products.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Lahore region.
