The ideal candidate will assist in keeping track of tenders, and website content, and also handle external communications with clients to receive Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs) on behalf of Synercon Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure proper documentation and archiving of tender documents, RFPs, EOIs, and related business documents.
  2. Manage and update the company’s portals for receiving and submitting tenders, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Maintain a tracking system for all tenders, RFPs, and EOIs, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  4. Visit clients to collect RFPs and EOIs on behalf of the company.
  5. Assist technical and business development teams to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
  6. Ensure timely reporting and communication with department heads regarding ongoing tender activities.
  7. Assist in managing multiple tender processes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA) or related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
