This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities
- Inbound and Outbound Calling Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
