We are currently hiring CSR for our organization. Your responsibilities include:

Sales Operations:

  • Must have to be fluent in english to engage with client.
  • Assist them what they can do to grow thier business.
  • Selling them our services and push them to be a part of our organization.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Provide drivers with necessary information, such as routes, traffic conditions, and delivery instructions.
  • Address any issues or delays that arise during transportation and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.

Route Planning and Optimization:

  • Plan efficient routes for drivers to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption and vehicle wear and tear.
  • Utilize routing software or GPS systems to identify the most cost-effective and time-efficient routes.
  • Adjust routes in real-time based on changing circumstances, such as traffic congestion or road closures.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver assignments, load details, and delivery times.
  • Generate reports on key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and driver productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding documentation and reporting.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery status, scheduling changes, and other inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and work to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Emergency Response and Problem-Solving:

  • Respond to emergencies or unforeseen events, such as accidents or breakdowns, by coordinating alternative transportation solutions or assistance for drivers.
  • Troubleshoot logistical challenges and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.
