Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Assistant Manager / Manager to join our People Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in talent acquisition, company policy development, and other key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from job posting to onboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures.
Develop various HR functions including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist in developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition and policy development.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
