Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at the Suzuki FatehJang Motors(Pvt) Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of vehicles, particularly the Suzuki brand, and excellent communication skills. The primary responsibility is to take feedback from customers and ensure their satisfaction through effective follow-up and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Feedback:

  • Regularly take feedback from customers to understand their experiences and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze feedback to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain a strong technical knowledge of Suzuki vehicles and stay updated on new models and features.
  • Provide detailed information and technical support to customers regarding Suzuki products.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Communication:

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase or service.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Implement and manage customer service initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement.
  • Track and monitor customer service metrics and KPIs.

Training and Development:

  • Train and support staff on customer service best practices and technical knowledge of Suzuki vehicles.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
