Sustainable Energies Enterprise (SEE), a provider of innovative energy solutions in Karachi, is looking for a Front Desk and Customer Support Officer to provide a positive and professional first impression to customers, as well as handling their inquiries and requests promptly and independently and making sure the customer accounts are properly managed and updated. The individual must have excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills to effectively address customer inquiries and other matters relating to the company’s products and services.

Core Responsibilities:

1) Handling client inquiries, complaints, and requests.

2) Preparing outgoing mail and correspondence

3) Checking sorting and forwarding emails

4) Taking up other duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements or schedules

5) Submit proposals to clients

6) Answering questions and addressing complaints about the company’s products or services

6) Maintaining sales pipeline and sales data

7) Provide timely progress reports and updates to the supervisor

This is an on-site role located in Karachi.

Required Qualifications:

The candidate must have a bachelor's or associate degree in business or science subjects, must be proficient in English, MS Office (especially Word and Excel), and email correspondence, and must have at least 1 year prior experience in same or similar role.
