Responsibilities:

  • Making calls to potential clients.
  • Offering them the services
  • Negotiating with them.
  • Providing them with easy ways so that they set up and work with the company
  • Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
  • Assess the situation and prioritize calls. Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a call center preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good multi-tasking skills
