Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop high-quality visual content, including but not limited to social media graphics, marketing collateral, and website elements.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with overall business objectives.

Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, ) to create and refine visual content.

Creative Ideation:

Stay updated on design trends and industry advancements to bring innovative and fresh ideas to the team.
Brainstorm and contribute to creative discussions to enhance design concepts.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Education: Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field (Preferred)
