Job Description:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, item locations, and tagging.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Organize and store materials and equipment in a manner that optimizes space utilization and accessibility.
Ensure that all items are stored in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
Implement and maintain effective storage solutions to protect items from damage and deterioration.
Process and fulfill internal requests for materials and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. Maintenance of Daily log book – Check in/out.
Prepare and maintain records of issued items and track their usage.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that required supplies are available and delivered as needed.
Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and stock movements.
Ensure that all equipment is used safely and is in good working condition.
Any other assignment given by the Line Manager.
