We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Cloud Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Cloud Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our cloud solutions, identify their needs, and close sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while advancing your sales career in the exciting realm of cloud technology.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Daily Call conversion should be atleast 3-4 conversion daily. 
  2. Introduce and explain our cloud-based solutions, highlighting key features and benefits. 
  3. Listen to customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. 
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. 
  6. Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. 
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals. 
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. 
  9. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. 

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the technology sector. 

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone. 

  3. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 

  4. Ability to grasp technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and compelling manner. 

  5. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. 

  6. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales. 

  7. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Odoo, Apollo.io, Ziwo) is a plus. 

  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 

  9. AWS Cloud Knowledge is a plus
