Sales and Business Development:

Promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to present product benefits and usage.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Address customer queries, provide product information, and handle objections professionally.

Market Research and Analysis:

Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Provide feedback to management about market demands and challenges.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective promotions.
Assist in organizing CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions and other promotional events.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (fresh graduates may be considered based on potential).
