We are seeking an experienced and passionate English / IELTS - PTE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality instruction and guidance to students to help them improve their English language proficiency, particularly in the areas of IELTS and PTE test preparation. The trainer will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering lectures and conducting assessments to ensure the success of their students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students.
Create and administer assessments to track student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate classroom discussions to help students improve their English language proficiency.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
Develop strategies to improve student’s performance in the IELTS and PTE tests.
Stay up-to-date with changes in the IELTS and PTE tests and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
Work with other trainers to develop and implement effective teaching methods.

Requirements:

Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an English language trainer, preferably with experience in IELTS and PTE test preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.

Salary:

The salary for an English, IELTS, PTE Trainer varies depending on experience and qualifications.
