Passion for immigration law and a desire to work with employers on employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English grammar must be excellent);
Highly organized and detail-oriented with an excellent ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm setting;
Ability to work on daily tasks independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision;
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other business software applications;
Writing employment-based immigration articles
Maintain highly organized case files and public files
Respond accurately and timely
Interact with various outside entities, including but not limited to clients, governmental agencies and officials, courts, corporations, and other law firms
Collaborate with the wider immigration team to address legal issues pertaining to employee and candidate immigration services
