We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Your excellent English communication skills and ability to work night shifts are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads or sales opportunities
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products/services and closing deals
- Document call details and update customer records in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working night shifts (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
- Basic salary: 20,000 to 25,000 PKR (for beginners)
- Performance-based bonuses: Up to 7,000 PKR per sale
- Experienced representatives can earn 35,000 to 45,000 PKR
