Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of professional experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. As a Graphic Designer at Strong Connect, you will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to create visually stunning and compelling designs that help our company stand out.

Key Responsibilities:

Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
Design and produce visually appealing social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative design concepts and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure our materials are current and engaging.
Assist with maintaining and organizing the company's visual assets and design files.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
A minimum of one year of professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
Basic understanding of web design and digital marketing.
