- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote company products, highlight events, and showcase services effectively
- Manage the complete email-sending process, including content creation, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery according to country-specific timings.
- Conduct data gathering, sorting, validation, and analysis to track email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, subscriptions, and unattended emails.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and HubSpot proficiently for efficient campaign management and audience engagement.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to craft compelling email content and maintain prompt and engaging replies to customer inquiries.
- Implement automation features such as auto-reply and automatic routing of inquiries to the relevant departments for effective handling.
