We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Upwork Sales & Client Acquisition Lead to drive business growth by securing high-value clients on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully winning projects, generating leads, and building strong client relationships through the platform. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from proposal writing to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients on Upwork.

  • Identify high-potential job postings and submit compelling proposals.

  • Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain an active presence on Upwork by optimizing the company profile, responding to client inquiries, and showcasing past work.

  • Monitor and analyze Upwork trends to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and client acquisition on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to write persuasive proposals and customize them for different clients.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, graphic design, or other related services.
