We're looking for a Technical Content Writer who is responsible for the preparation, review, Blogs, and maintenance of technical content including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
- Writes and edits technical documentation for all of the projects to include installation, configuration, and how-to documentation.
- Work with developers and SEO experts to produce quality documentation and training materials
- Produce well-researched content for websites & blogs
- Help improve a large quantity of existing documentation for business users, data specialists, administrators, customer support, and partners
- Participate in the analysis and discussion of strategies for designing effective product communication/publications Hands-on experience with writing content in CMS e.g.
- WordPress Hand on experience with other text-based authoring documentation tools, such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
