Key Responsibilities
- Study creative briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize strategy and ideas as per briefs
- Proficient at research and developing human insights
- Ability to articulate ideas in well-versed English and PowerPoint presentations
- Having the right aesthetic sense to brief the usage of appropriate colors, fonts, text, image placement, and visual ideas to designers
- Proficient with English and Urdu copywriting
- Team player skills to coordinate and work with associates, head of creative, designers, and client service to finalize projects
- Understanding team and client feedback to make amends to your work
Required Skills and Competencies
- Preferably Master’s with 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Detail Oriented
