We are seeking a Plant Incharge with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering to lead our plant workers.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily operations effectively. Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Oversee plant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead and manage a team of plant workers.
Ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
Assist with electrical systems as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in plant operations and team leadership.
Knowledge of electrical systems is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills.
