Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership and Team Management:

  • Train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
  • Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and individual salespeople by collaborating with head office.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and methodologies to maximize sales success.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track and monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any sales performance shortfalls.
  • Generate sales reports for management, providing insights into sales trends and customer behavior.

Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the head office, summarizing sales performance, team activity, and market trends.
  • Communicate key sales metrics, opportunities, and challenges to company leadership.
  • Utilize data visualization tools (if applicable) to present sales information clearly and concisely

Qualifications:

  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
