Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele Sales Specialist at Star Land Marketing Pvt Ltd, located in Islamabad. The Tele Sales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls to potential clients, providing excellent customer service and support, and offering product knowledge and training to customers.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Customer Support and Training abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in tele Sales or customer service is a plus.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
