We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at the Islamabad office. The Corporate Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and forging strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in corporate sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients to promote our range of real estate projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to corporate clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction and beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement effective strategies for generating leads and closing sales.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry with a focus of high rise buildings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and the confidence to engage with corporate clients at all levels, particularly regarding high-rise projects.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
