We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our home staging company as the Business Development Manager

.Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Lead Generation:  Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate new business across Victoria. This includes contacting real estate agents via phone, email, and social media to present our services and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Sales & Commission: Build a pipeline of real estate agent leads and convert them into clients. You will receive commission based on successful client acquisition and ongoing business.
  • Client Relationship Management:  Serve as the primary contact for real estate agents, ensuring smooth and professional communication from initial contact to project completion. Maintain strong relationships to foster repeat business.
